Prepare the Materials
Securely pack the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring that all components, manuals, and protective wrappings are included.
Ship or Drop Off
Affix the provided RMA label to your package and ship it back via a tracked courier, or bring the items directly to our local warehouse service desk.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies that the materials are in resalable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
